「ビジネス英検A級」合格の英語って、こんなもん。

I have one thing to tell you. It happened in a faculty room in the U.S. Some middle-aged teachers started to criticize youg teachers. I was a little bit afraid of fight between elderly teachers and young teachers. But it didn't happen. On the contrary, they began to discuss about their students' problem together.
It is very difficult or impossible for us Japanese teachers to criticize older teachers because they believe it's impolite or even rude. Then if they are apparently wrong, what can we do? The problem is still there. What young teachers can do is to criticize eldery teachers behind their back.
This is bad, isn't it? I like straight talk because it's the only way to solve students' problems. In Japan, discussion itself is sometimes not allowed. Ridiculous!!
